 Notice is hereby given that the Judicial Council is now accepting applications for two (2) positions of Idaho Court of Appeals Judge.
The Idaho Judicial Council is starting the process of selecting nominees to fill the vacancies created by the retirement of the Honorable David W. Gratton, effective March 31, 2026 and the Honorable Molly J. Huskey effective June 30, 2026.
